Product Description Composition: Efficient accelerator and anti-aging agent mixture Appearance: White powder Density: 0.55g/cm³ (bulk powder at 20℃) Application The vulcanization accelerator CUREKIND 201 is suitable for white or light-colored rubber to improve the yellowing resistance grade of products. It can also be used in colored rubber compounds, which is non-staining, non-discoloring, has excellent yellowing resistance performance that can reach grade 4-4.5. It is easy to disperse in rubber, endows rubber with good processability and excellent thermal aging resistance. It has high solubility in rubber compounds and generally no blooming occurs (when the dosage is no more than 6 phr). It features high safety, does not produce carcinogenic nitrosamines, is beneficial to the physical and mental health of operators, meets environmental protection requirements, and can be used in rubber products in contact with food, complying with export standards. Applications and Dosage It is a non-staining special accelerator designed for rapid vulcanization of EPDM and other diene rubbers. It is specially developed for the production of UV-resistant rubber. Sole industry: 1.5-2 phr; Carpet and flooring industry: 2-4 phr. When the dosage is 1.5-2 phr, it can be used as the main accelerator together with sulfur (1.8-2 phr) and TS (0.1-0.3 phr) without the need for other accelerators, which is easy to use.
